March 2017 will be a month of personal growth. Growth can be uncomfortable at first but it’s a blessing in the end. This month, pay attention to the truths that become illuminated in the darkness. It’s a good time to explore the shadow side of yourself that you haven’t yet explored, and to connect with your intuition and subconscious mind. Someone may appear in your life to teach you a lesson – and it’s likely that you’ll be resistant to this person and/or their teachings. If you’re open-minded enough, you may learn something from them after all. During this growth period, remember to connect to your emotional self. “Feeling the feels” can be uncomfortable at first but if you let emotions in, they will support all the growing you’re doing right now.

I’m here today with our monthly Tarot forecast for March 2017. Let’s just get straight into it.
The blessing for this month is the Moon. What a fabulous card and what a complex card as a blessing.
The thing that comes to me with the moon is that the moon illuminates the shadows. We’re in the darkness of night, but we have this light of the moon that just illuminates that whole night sky.
Think about your life right now. What is being illuminated that you may not have seen previously? This is kind of a time to explore those darker shadows in your life or maybe even the aspects of your life that you haven’t wanted to go into because you’ve put it into the too hard basket or maybe you just haven’t been ready to deal with them.
This is a blessing, so being able to shine the light on those different areas of your life that you haven’t yet explored is a blessing and an opportunity for you.
This is also a great card for things like psychic or intuitive development and really connecting with your subconscious mind. You might enrol in a psychic development course or you might even start to work more closely with your dreams or even guided meditation as you dive deep into your subconscious mind.
Have a play with this. This is about going to those depths you have never been to before and doing it with such joy and curiosity to see what is inside.

Now with the Hierophant it’s often also about following rules or being part of sort of a doctrine or a philosophy or a belief system or a structure in the way that you’re going to think. Interestingly for a lot of people who enjoy reading Tarot, perhaps like you, you might really struggle with having to follow the status quo and follow what someone else is telling you to do.
This might be your challenge for the month of March. There may be someone who is trying to say, “Hey, you need to think this way,” and you’re like, “Uh-uh. No, I don’t. I want to do something else.”
But I can’t help but feel there is some positivity in this card in that you might have some initial resistance to the teacher who is appearing in your life right now, but think about what do they have to teach you. They are here to teach you something really positive and powerful in your life, but you need to be open minded enough to be able to see what that is.
Look, it might even be that “Hey, you know what? I’ve decided that whatever they’re teaching is not for me. Awesome. I’ve just learnt something new.” That can in fact become a blessing.
Even though this is a challenge, think about how can you flip that over and turn it into an opportunity for yourself this month.
Finally, our recommended action is brought to you by the Queen of Cups. The Queen of Cups is such a beautiful card. She has this gorgeous energy where she is deeply connected to her emotions and her intuition and yet she’s also very grounded. She doesn’t let her emotions take hold and send her off into days of days of crying or crazy laughter and then tears.
The Queen of Cups is very much about this is what I feel. I’m in touch with my emotions and I know how to use them proactively in my life.
This month I want you to be really connected to your emotional self and don’t be afraid to open up to that side of yourself. Sure it might be a little bit rocky at the start as you go, “Oh, okay. This is what I’m feeling. That’s what that feels like.” Over time you’ll start to really ground yourself in your emotions and be able to use your emotions in a really positive way.
