Weekly Tarot Card (Feb 22) – Ten of Wands reversed
The card drawn for this week is the Ten of Wands reversed.
The Ten of Wands shows a man overburdened with the weight of a heavy load. He walks toward a town and appears to be someone who has just finished a harvest and is struggling to bring the fruits of his labors to market.
Upright, the Ten of Wands is indicative of hard times, overwhelming responsibilities and increased challenges. The man in this card is literally weighed down and burdened by the extra commitments and responsibilities he has taken on in recent times.
Reversed, however, this is a positive card which indicates that the difficult period is nearly over – you only have to free yourself of another couple of responsibilities and you will feel ‘light’ once again. The key is to keep persevering and don’t give up – you are so close to the finishing line.
So, this week, think about how you can lighten the load even further. It may be that you are a little less stringent on the cleaning and other household chores, you hire someone to help, or you delegate more to others. This will enable you to focus more directly on your highest priorities and will help you achieve your goals.
