You may be starting the month full of hope and by the end of the month, losing that hope when you realise you didn't fall pregnant. My advice is to perhaps refocus your reading to what you need to do to open yourself to the possibility of pregnancy. So, perhaps look at what you can do on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level to prepare yourself for pregnancy. Of course, also listen to your medical practitioner for advice. Hang in there - I know it's a tough journey, but trust me, it's so important not to stress about falling pregnant. Stress only makes it worse! Biddy Hi Tenille,
